You Will Need:

Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Orange 17, White 27, Fine Art Brushes, Plain Terracotta Diya, Pencil, Colour Palette, Water Container

Description :

Here is an abstract way to paint the good ol’ diyas and have some fun with the family while doing them together!

STEP 1 : Wash the diyas

• We are going to paint the diyas with Acrylic colours and decorate it with assorted stones. • Take pre washed terracotta diyas.

STEP 2 : Doing the base coat

• Paint the diyas with the base coat of Acrylic Colour White 27. • Let it dry.

STEP 3 : Paint the diya

• Paint the diya in shading effect using Acrylic Colours Chrome Yellow 03 and Orange 17. • Let it dry.

STEP 4 : Draw the patterns

• Draw the radiating square pattern to create illusion effect on the painted surface. • Paint the radiating pattern design using Acrylic Colours Black 02. • Leave it to dry completely.
