Take Fevicryl Mouldit – resin base & hardener, mix well to form an even soft dough.

Take a tealight holder that can be recycled and revamped. We have taken an acrylic one. The tealight is going to be built and developed around this tealight or you can take a diya too.

Take the clay and roll it into a medium thin slab using a rolling pin. Very neatly cover the tealight holder with the clay from the outside, giving it a slight pointed spout.

Shape and mould the clay with your hands and clay tools, to shape the face of a female figurine. Sharpen the nose as you see in the image. To support the entire figurine as the rest of the body parts are made and assembled, pierce a barbeque stick towards the lower part of the face, like to see in the image.

Shape and create the upper torso of the figurine, in a sitting posture embracing the tealight holder that we made in Step 3. Make a tiny bird that you see perched on the head too.

Use clay carving tools to shape for ease, and Fevicryl Fabric Glue for sticking the parts neatly.

Make two similar tealight holders, just like you see in the image step above. Let them dry. 

Paint the pretty tealight holders in pastel using Fevicryl Acrylic Colours - Black 02, Dark Brown 05, Golden Yellow 09, Indian Red 10, Ultramarine Blue 23, White 27, Salmon Pink 65 and Teal Blue 68. Paint a dainty floral print for the attire of the figurines. Your tealight holders are now ready to be a part of your décor.
