STEP 1
Take a cardboard and stick some tissue paper with the help of some water and Fevicol MR mixture.
STEP 2
Paint it with the colours of your choice.
STEP 3
Write some positive words on it with help of Acrylic Colour Black, add some beautiful embellishments to it.
STEP 4
Attach a jute rope for hanging and your beautiful wall decor is ready.
