Wall Decor With Ganesha Stencil
You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Deep Brilliant Purple 64, Fevicryl 3D Outliner Neon Pink 712, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Wool, Used Plastic Bangle, Yellow Pom-Poms, Big Pearl, Scissors, Corrugated Box, Paper Cutter, Pencil, Scissors, Half Cut Pearls, Colour Palette, Water Container

STEP 1 : Tie the fabric for dyeing.
- We are going to make the wall décor using the stencil design of lord Ganesha on the tie and dye fabric with Corrugated frame.
- Take the piece of the poplin fabric.
- Make the fanfolds from one corner to the opposite corner, tie the thread on regular intervals to get the leheriya pattern design.
STEP 2 : Colour the fabric
- Dampen the tied fabric with little water and then due the fabric with Acrylic Colour Deep Brilliant Purple 64 and Chrome Yellow 03.
- Let it dry completely.
- Remove the threads neatly to get the leheriya pattern on the fabric , iron the fabric neatly.
STEP 3 : Select the base
- We are going to make the corrugated frame for the tie and dye fabric. Take the corrugated box, mark and cut two squares out of it.
STEP 4 : Paint the frame
- Mark 1” border from all the sides on the square and remove the middle part from the square.
- Paint the frames with acrylic colour chrome yellow 03.
- Let it dry.
STEP 5 : Paint with stencil
- Take the tie and dye fabric, mark and cut the fabric in the size of the frame with a pair of the scissors.
- Make the simple stencil of the Lord Ganesha on an OHP sheet.
- Refer to the image.
- Sponge dab the Ganesha stencil on the centre of the fabric using Acrylic Colour Black 02.
- Let it dry.
STEP 6 : Frame the picture
- Take the painted corrugated frames.
- Sandwich the fabric in between two frames using Fabric Glue.
- Let it dry.
- Tie the woolen yarn on the corners of the frame by securing it with Fabric Glue.
- Let it dry.
STEP 7 : Make the latkan
- Take the bangle, tie the wool and gotta patti lace around the bangle and secure the ends with Fabric Glue.
- Let it dry.
- Attach the yellow pom-poms with big pearl to the bangles.
- Refer to the image.
STEP 8 : Assembly
- Paint the outline of the Ganesha figure with 3 D Outliner Neon Pink 712.
- Let it dry.
- Enhance the frame by sticking the half-cut pearls on the frame with Fabric Glue.
- Let it dry.
- Attach the bangle latkan towards the bottom side of the frame with the woolen thread.
- Your wall décor frame is ready.
