You Will Need:
Fevicryl Soft Acrylic Colours Black 201, White 227, Fevicryl Neon Outliners, Fine Art Brushes, Pencil, Plain White Canvas Shoes, Colour Palette, Water Container.

Take plain white shoes.
STEP 2
Paint horizontal black lines on the shoes using Soft Acrylic Colours Black 201. Let it dry completely.
STEP 3
Paint the doodle pattern design on each strip using neon outliners Pink, Orange, Yellow and Green.
Paint the shoe laces with Soft Acrylic Colour Black 202.
Leave it to dry.
