STEP 1 : Source the base

We are going to make roosters with a village landscape on triangular MDF Wooden coasters.
Take plain MDF wooden coasters in triangular shape.

STEP 2 : Paint the base coat

Paint the coasters with Acrylic Colour White 27.
Let it dry completely.

STEP 3 : Draw the design

Draw the simple village landscape with the roosters on it.

STEP 4 : Mix Mouldit

We are going to make the houses, the trees and the roosters with Mouldit.
Take Mouldit resin base and hardener, mix it thoroughly to make even dough.

STEP 5 : Roll the dough

Take the dough, roll it to make the medium thin slab with rolling pin.

STEP 6 : Mould the elements

Draw and cut the houses, the trees and the roosters out of the slab.
Take some clay to give the dimensions to the trees, the houses and the roosters.
Make the detail body parts of the roosters and stick it to the body with Fabric Glue. Let it dry.
Stick the houses, the trees and the roosters on the painted triangular MDF base using Fabric Glue.
Leave it to dry.

STEP 7 : Paint all of them white

Paint the clay motifs with the base coat of Acrylic Colour White 27.
Let it dry completely.

STEP 8 : Paint the elements

Paint the Clay motifs along with the base using Acrylic Colours Burnt Sienna 01, Black 02, Crimson 04, Dark Green 06, Golden Yellow 09, Light Green 12, Orange 17, Yellow Ochre 26, White 27, Leaf Green 62, Sky Blue 63 and Teal Blue 68.
Let it dry.

STEP 9 : Add detailing

Your finished Rooster triangular coasters will look like this.
