You Will Need:

Fevicryl Acrylic Colour White 27, Fevicryl 3D Outliner Black 708, Fevicryl Water Based Glass Colours, Fine Art Brushes, A3 White Papers, Black Carbon Paper, Pencil, Round Placemats (12” And 9” Diameter), Colour Palette, Water Container

Get the vibrancy and uniqueness of Russian patterns on your walls with this beautiful DIY inspiration. Fevicryl Glass Colours give this project it own shine and sparkle.

STEP 1 : Draw the design
  • We are going to paint the Russian rug art from Mozhganon the placemat using Glass Colours.
  • Take A3 white papers, draw 3 different designs on in with 3 different sizes in the size of the placemat on it.
  • Take 3 different sized placemats measuring approximately 12” diameter for 2 placemat and 9” diameter for 1 placemat.
STEP 2 : Paint the base and transfer the design.
  • Paint the placemat with the base coat of Acrylic Colour White 27.
  • Let it dry.
  • Trace the same design on the painted base with black carbon paper.
STEP 3 : Paint the outline of the design
  • Paint the outline of the design with 3 D Outliner Black 708.
  • Leave it to dry completely.
STEP 4 : Paint with Glass colours
  • Paint the design with Water Based Glass Colours of your choice.
  • Let it dry completely.
