Here is an amazing DIY of a sling bag which has been made completely using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
STEP 1 : Source the base
- Take canvas fabric as shown in the image
STEP 2 : Sling bag measurements
- Mark the measurements of the bag on the canvas fabric
- 7” x 6” front and back with 1” extra space on all the sides.
- Mark extra 2 inches on the top to create a flap.
STEP 3 : Sticking
- Fold the sides and create the bag as shown
- Create a sling using canvas fabric measuring 36” length and ½" width
- Stick them using Fevicryl Fabric Glue
- Attach hooks to the ends of the sling as shown
STEP 4 : Heart design
- Create a heart design measuring 4” x 4”
- Draw grids inside the heart as shown
STEP 5 : Transfer the design
- Transfer the heart design on to the bag as shown
STEP 6 : Sticking
- Stick poth beads in different shades of pink and purple on the heart as shown in the image
- Stick them using Fevicryl Fabric Glue
- Let it dry
STEP 7
- Stick velcro strip on the flap and the body of the bag as shown in the image
- Stick them using Fevicryl Fabric Glue
- Let it dry
