You Will Need:

Fevicryl Shilpkar, Knife, Fevicryl Sunflower Kit, Fevicryl 3D Outliner, Canvas

Description :
Hand molded dancing peacock. 


 

STEP 1
Take three CD’s and stick them overlapping each other as shown in picture. Use Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue to stick.
STEP 2
Take Fevicryl Shilpkar, mix the resin base and hardener evenly to form even dough. You may sprinkle little talcum powder on your hands to avoid sticking.
STEP 3
To make peacock feathers, take Shilpkar dough and shape it as flat oval. Make plenty of this shape. Arrange and stick the oval shapes on the CD starting from border and then sticking in inner circles overlapping the previous, using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue. Refer picture. First begin working on CD No 2, then CD no 3, lastly cover the visible area on CD no 1.
STEP 4
To make peacock body, take Shilpkar dough and roll it in thick long drop shape. Fold it in ‘S’ form with tapering edge shaped as beak. Stick the body and the feathers (CD) on the fourth CD, using Fevicryl No-Stitch Fabric Glue.
STEP 5
To make wings, take Shilpkar and shape as two triangles, mark finer details in the wings using paper cutter. Leave to semi-set. Fold the edge and stick on the peacocks body using Fevicryl No-Stitch Fabric Glue. Leave to harden completely
STEP 6
Paint the peacock and base using Fevicryl Pearl Metallic Colours- Bronze, Rust, Gold. Paint lines and dots on the peacocks body using Fevicryl 3D Outliner Non Sticky Glitter- Rangoli. Stick decorative stones and half round pearls on peacock and base using Fevicryl No Stitch Fabric Glue.
