• Take paper pipes/straws as shown in the image above

• The lantern contains pieces in different layers: top piece, side piece and middle piece
• For the top piece, Cut the pipes into 3 different sizes measuring 20×10×10 cm
• 8 red straws of 20 cm, 4 red straws of 10 cm and 12 green straws of 10 cm. This counts as the big center piece
• Similarly you will be cutting 2 more sizes ( side pieces and middle piece)
• There will be 3 side pieces each having 8 straws of 10cm, 16 straws of 5cm
• One single middle piece which will have 8 straws measuring 6 cm , 16 straws measuring 4cm

• Taking the top piece ahead, place the straws in the manner it is shown in the image.

• Attach the straws to each other with the help of wire.
• Take kite paper and cut it according to the size of the triangles
• Fold the triangles into half vertically and make kirigami cuts in them as seen in the image above.
• Stick them using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.

• Do the same to all the shapes in different sizes.

• Stick all the triangles that have been made as shown in the image above.
• Make sure to cover only 3 sides with paper and leave one without any paper covering it.
• Stick them using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.

• Cut ohp sheet pieces according to the measurement of the space in the lower triangle in each piece.
• Use Fevicryl Glass Colour green to color it as shown.
• Let it dry

• Stick the ohp as shown in the image.
• Stick them using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
• Using needle and thread string in the beads onto the edges as shown in the image.
• Make a small felt tassel with the help of Fevicryl Fabric Glue and attach it to the beads.
• Let it dry.

• Make the rest of the pieces in a similar manner as you can see in the image above.

• Using cotton yarn, connect all the pieces with each other as shown in the image.

Your fun and light paper pipe lights are ready to be hung around your house to ring in the wedding celebration.
