Fevicryl 3D Outliners, Fevicryl Water Based Glass colours, Tracing paper, Glass Sheet.

STEP 1
First clean up the glass. And paste a tracing paper under the glass on the inner side.
STEP 2
Draw with the outliner and fill in the glass colours.
