Use black glass outliner to outline the design. Let it dry overnight.
Fill using Fevicryl Glass colour paints of your choice. Let it dry overnight.
Make the 'jewellery' using Fevicryl 3D outliners and Glitter Outliners. Allow it to dry before framing.
