Food Disk Typography
You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours (White 27, Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Indian Red 10, Coral Red 66, Teal Light Green 12, Flesh Tint 30, Turquoise Blue 22, Neon Pink 018), Fevicryl Acrylic Pastel Colours (Aqua Blue, Buttercup Yellow, Blue Jay, Mint Green, Pale Pink, Lavender Purple), Fevicryl Mouldit, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, 3 Disks (5 inches each), Tracing Paper, Pencil, Fine Art Brushes, Colour Palette, Water Container.

Enhance your kitchen walls with stunning MDF disks featuring elegant typography and charming food motifs. These decorative pieces add a touch of style and warmth to your space. Perfect for creating a welcoming and vibrant kitchen atmosphere!
STEP 1 : Procure the Base
- Let’s decor the most delightful space of the home: the kitchen.
- Take three MDF Circular bases for three discs 5” diameter each.
- Refer to the image.
STEP 2 : Draw the design
- Take a white paper and draw the design with food motifs and the quotes like “Always be greatful”, “the secret ingredient is always love”, “Free food, ok I will come” in the size of the disks then trace it on the MDF Circular Base with yellow carbon paper.
- Draw it precisely.
- Refer to the image.
STEP 3 : Build and Mount the clay motifs
- Take Fevicryl Mouldit resin and hardener, mix well to form an even soft dough.
- Use Clay Modelling Tools to make the motifs like burger, fries, Donuts, Cheese and metal Grater. Let it dry.
- Stick the food motifs on the disks with Fabric Glue. Let it dry.
STEP 4 : Paint the disks
- Paint the disks with Acrylic Colours White 27, Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Indian Red 10, Coral Red 66, Teal Light Green 12, Flesh Tint 30, Turquoise Blue 22, Neon Pink 018), Pastel Acrylic Colours Aqua Blue, Buttercup Yellow, Blue Jay, Mint Green, Pale Pink and Lavender Purple.
- Leave it to dry.
STEP 5 : Final look
- Attach the metal hook on the rear side of the disks with little amount of the clay and Fabric Glue.
- Let it dry.
