You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours, Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliners, Fevicryl Modge Podge, Decoupage sheets, Fine Art Brush.
Description :
I decoupagea on blue drum, which is mostly found in maximum homes. we can use this as a planter or for any other purpose.STEP 1
Paint the drum with Acrylic Colour White then draw the design.
I painted my design and filled the rest with Acrylic Colour Yellow.
Decoupage the flower pattern on drum as shown in the main picture.
