Upcycle your plain ol’ cushion covers into strikingly beautiful one with Fevicryl metallic colours. Read more to learn how.
STEP 1 : Source the base
- We are going to make the Cushion covers with Maheshwari stencil design butta.
- Take plain cushion cover with bright pink colour.
STEP 2 : Make the stencil.
- Take A4 white paper, draw the Maheshwari butta design on it.
- Place an OHP sheet on the design and replicate the design with CD marker.
- Cut the design neatly to make the stencil.
STEP 3 : Paint on the cover.
- Take the cushion covers, paint the stencil design on it using Acrylic Colour Pearl Metallic Gold 352.
- Let it dry.
STEP 4 : Enhance and finish
- Enhance the cushion covers by sticking the white ornamental stones randomly on the cover with Fabric Glue.
- Let it dry completely.
STEP 5 : Finished look
- Both the cushion covers will look like this.
