Fevicryl 3D Outliner Black, Fevicryl Glass Colours, Fevicryl Mouldit, Fevicryl Fabric Glue. Empty Glass Bottle, Pencil, Tracing Paper, Rolling Pin.

Transform an old glass bottle into a stunning piece of decor inspired by the intricate designs of traditional Blue Pottery. By coating the bottle in clay, outlining the pattern, and coloring it with vibrant glass colors, you can create a gorgeous, handcrafted vase that mimics the look of ceramic.
STEP 1 : Procure the base
- For the flower vase magnet, take an empty bottle to start as a base.
STEP 2 : Prep the Bottle with Clay
- Mix the Fevicryl Mouldit resin and hardener well to create a smooth dough.
- Roll out a thin, even layer of the dough and stick it firmly onto the glass bottle using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.
- Allow the clay to dry completely.
STEP 3 : Trace and Outline the Design
- Once the clay is dry, use a pencil and tracing paper to transfer your desired Blue Pottery design (flowers, leaves, motifs) onto the clay surface.
STEP 4 : Paint the borders
- Carefully apply Fevicryl 3D Outliner Black over all the traced lines to create the borders of your pattern.
- Let the outliner harden.
STEP 5 : Fill in the Colours
- Use your Fevicryl Glass Colours (Blue, Green, Yellow, etc.) to fill in the flowers, leaves, and other design elements.
- Let it all dry.
STEP 6 : Double coat the colour
- Since clay absorbs colour, allow the first coat to dry, then apply a second coat for better vibrancy and an enhanced finished look.
- Let it dry.
- Take Fevicryl Fabric Glue, apply it on the back of the bottle, and stick the round magnets to it.
STEP 7 : Final Look
- Once all the layers of glass colours are thoroughly dry, your beautiful, handcrafted Blue Pottery-inspired bottle vase is ready to display.
