Paint a saree blouse with a beautiful deer inspired by the Kerala mural style, using vibrant Fevicryl Fabric Colours to create a traditional yet elegant design.

STEP 1 : Procure the Base
  • We are going to paint a saree blouse with a deer inspired from the Kerala mural style of painting using Fevicryl Fabric Glue. 
  • Take an A3 white paper, draw a deer in the Kerala mural style, in the size of the blouse (rear side).
  • Take a plain off white blouse.
STEP 2 : Draw and Trace the Design
  • Trace the design on the blouse with a yellow carbon paper.
  • Refer to the image.
STEP 3 : Paint the Design
  • Paint the sky with clouds in a watery wash shade using Fevicryl Fabric Colours -  Chrome Yellow 203, Lemon Yellow 211 and Orange 217. Let it dry.
  • Paint the design using Fabric Colours - Burnt Sienna 201, Black 202, Chrome Yellow 203, Lemon Yellow 211, Light Green 212, Maroon 214, Orange 217, Ultramarine Blue 223, White 227 and Cerulean Blue 232
  • Let it dry.
