STEP 1 : Source the base
- We are going to paint the assorted shape baskets to decorate the ball as wall art.
- Take the plain cane basket.
STEP 2 : Paint the base.
- Paint the basket with the base coat of Acrylic Colour White 27.
- Let it dry.
STEP 3 : Paint the pattern
- We are going to follow the weave pattern on the basket.
- Paint the weave design by following the pattern using Acrylic Colours Black 02, Sap Green 21, Yellow Ochre 26 and White 27.
- Let it dry.
STEP 4 : Paint some other baskets in complementing colours.
- Similarly paint the other basket with Acrylic Colours Black 02, Chrome Yellow 03, Crimson 04, and White 27.
- Let it dry.
STEP 5 : Assembly and display
- Paint the other baskets in this manner with Acrylic Colours Burnt Sienna 01, Black 02m Chrome Yellow 03, Crimson 04, Dark Green 06, Orange 17, Sap Green 21, Yellow Ochre 26 and White 27. leave it to dry completely.
- Attach hooks from behind with Fevicryl Mouldit and make a cluster of hanging display.
- Your basket décor will look like this.
