Looking to add some African flair to your living space? Look no further than our DIY African Mud Cloth Cushion Covers! Make this DIY using Fevicryl Fabric Colours, perfect for adding a touch of tribal style to any room in your home!

STEP 1 : Source the base material

Take 2 cushion covers, we have taken beige and black covers for the same.

STEP 2 : Draw and trace the design.

Take A3 white paper, draw and trace the African tribal design inspired from Mud cloth fabric patterns using yellow carbon paper.  

STEP 3 : Paint the design

Paint the design with Fevicryl Fabric Colours Burnt Sienna 201, Black 202, Indian Red 210, Lemon Yellow 211, Orange 217, Yellow Ochre 226 and White 227. Let it dry.  

STEP 4 : Black cushion cover

Draw, trace and paint another pattern on the black cushion cover with appropriate shades and let it dry. 

STEP 5 : Finishing touches

Paint the final outlines neatly for the finished look of the cushion covers. 

STEP 6 : Final look

Your cushion covers with Mud Cloth patterns from African tribe will look like this.
