You Will Need:

Fevicryl Premium Fabric Glue, Fevicryl Mould It, Fevicryl Acrylic Colour (White), Paper, Pencil, Tracing Paper, Carbon Paper, Corrugated Sheet, Small Eye Pin, Thick Ohp Sheet, Brush, Cotton Fabric (White, Pink), Pink Felt, Embellishments Like Cutdana (Blue Colour Small & Big, Sky Blue Colour Small), Half Cut Pearl, Silver Chandla, Poth (White, Grey, Pink), Silver Ball Chain, Different Shapes And Sizes Of Stones (Pink, White, Rainbow), Black Stone

Description :

Here is an amazing ornament DIY that can be hung on the Christmas tree which has been made completely using Fevicryl Fabric Glue.

STEP 1

Take a corrugated sheet and cut a dove shaped bird measuring above 12cm
Also cut 2 wing shapes as seen in the image

STEP 2

Stick the 2 pieces on the side of the bird as shown
Use Fevicryl Fabric Glue to stick them
This creates the skeleton of the bird

STEP 3

Mix Fevicryl Mouldit and create the body of the dove around the corrugated sheet skeleton which was made earlier
Let it dry

STEP 4

Paint the surface with Fevicryl Acrylic Colour White
Mark the neck and a semi circle where the wings will be attached
Make sure to place an eye pin where the yarn loop will be fixed

STEP 5

Take pink cotton fabric and pink felt fabric
Draw the wings on them
Make sure to leave 1 cm on all the sides of the wings on the cotton fabric

STEP 6

Draw same sized wings on thick ohp sheet as seen in the image

STEP 7

Cut all the wings that have been drawn using fabric scissors and paper scissors respectively

STEP 8

Stick the ohp sheet on the cotton wings as shown in the image
Use Fevicryl Fabric Glue to stick it

STEP 9

Stick the felt wings at the back of the cotton wings as shown in the image
Use Fevicryl Fabric Glue to stick it
Cut a semi circle on the felt at the bottom as shown in the image

STEP 10

Stick embellishments like cutdana sequin, poth, stones on both sides of both the wings as shown in the image
Use Fevicryl Fabric Glue to stick it
Let it dry

STEP 11

Stick embellishments like half cut pearl, cutdana sequin, poth, stones on the body of the dove as shown in the image
Use black bead for the eyes and poth for the mouth
Use Fevicryl Fabric Glue to stick it
Let it dry
Do now stick in the marked semi circle area.

STEP 12

Stick the wings on each side of the dove as shown in the image
Use Fevicryl Fabric Glue to stick it
Let it dry
Attach a yarn to the dove by creating a loop and fastening it into the eye pin

The turtle doves ornament is ready to be hung on the Christmas tree!
