You Will Need:
Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Lemon Yellow 11, Light Green 12, Orange 17, Prussian Blue 19, Ultramarine Blue 23, White 27, Leaf Green 62, Sky Blue 63, Deep Brilliant Purple 64, Neon Yellow 011, Neon Green 012, Neon Orange 017, Neon Pink 018, Fevicryl 3 D Outliner Green 704, White 707, Fevicryl Water Based Glass Colours Kit, Fevicryl Mouldit, Fevicryl Fabric Glue, Fine Art Brushes, Steel Plate 10” Diameter, A3 White Paper, Yellow Carbon Paper, Clay Carving Tools, Dotillism Tools, Paper Cutter, Pencil, Sponge, Colour Palette, Water Container.

Isn’t this thali just gorgeous! This thali will surely add on colours to the celebrations. Make this with Fevicryl Mouldit and Fevicryl Glass Colours.
STEP 1 : Source the base
• We are going to make the Pooja Thali in mixed mediums like the Mouldit, Glass Colours, 3 D Outliners and the Acrylic Colours.
• Take a plain steel plate.
STEP 2 : Paint the base
• Paint it with the base coat of Acrylic Colour White 27.
• Let it dry.
STEP 3 : Drawing the design
• Take an A3 white paper; draw the design of the peacock with the feather fan in size of the thali on it.
• Trace the design of the peacock on the painted plate with yellow carbon paper.
STEP 4 : Mixing Fevicryl Mouldit
• We are going to make the body of the peacock with Mouldit.
• Take Mouldit resin base and hardener; mix it thoroughly to make even dough.
STEP 5 : Making the body of the peacock
• Take the dough; roll it to make a medium thin slab with rolling pin.
• Let the slab get semi dry.
• Draw the body of the peacock on it.
• Cut the outline of the body with the paper cutter and stick it on the tracing of the peacock body on the plate with Fabric Glue. Let it dry.
• Paint the feather fan of the peacock with 3 D Outliner White 707.
• Let it dry.
STEP 6 : Painting the area around the peacock
• Paint the rest of the area around the feather fan using Acrylic Colour Prussian Blue 19.
• Leave it to dry completely.
• Refer to the image.
STEP 7 : Painting the feathers
• Paint the feathers which were outlined earlier in shading effect with Water Based Glass Colours Golden Yellow, Orange, Crystal Green, Sea Blue, Ultramarine Blue and Pink.
• Let it dry completely.
STEP 8 : Painting the border.
• Paint the further feathers and the space below the peacock body with the effect of the dotillism using dotillism tools with Acrylic Colours Lemon Yellow 11, Light Green 12, Orange 17, Prussian Blue 19, Ultramarine Blue 23, White 27, Leaf Green 62, Sky Blue 63, Deep Brilliant Purple 64, Neon Yellow 011, Neon Green 012, Neon Orange 017 and Neon Pink 018.
• Leave it to dry completely.
• Enhance the wings of the peacock by making the outline using 3 D Outliner Green 704.
• Let it dry.
