We are going to make the CD Tealight rangoli with old CD and Glass colours.
Take the plain recycled CD.
Paint the CD with the base coat of Acrylic Colour White 27.
Let it dry.
Take 4 white paper, draw the Mandala design on it in the size of the CD.
Trace the same design on the CD with yellow carbon paper.
We are going to make the legs for the CD rangoli with Mouldit.
Take the Mouldit resin base and hardener, mix it thoroughly to make even dough.
Take the dough, to make the legs by sticking it below the CD with fabric Glue. Let it dry.
Paint the outline of the design with 3 D Outliner White 707. Let it dry.
Paint the mandala design with Water Based Glass Colours Orange, Golden Yellow and Sea Blue.
Let it dry completely.
Enhance the design with sticking the half-cut pearls and the round shaped mirror on the painted design CD with Fabric Glue.
Leave it to dry.
Your CD tealight rangoli design with tealight will look like this.
